• Private transfer booking services between cities in Uzbekistan

• Customer review platform

3. Booking and Payments

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We will contact you via your preferred method (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) to confirm details and finalize your reservation.

Payment Terms

• Payment is made directly to the driver/guide in cash upon service delivery
• Prices are quoted in USD but can be paid in local currency (UZS) at the current exchange rate
• Prices include all standard fees unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled service
• Late cancellation: Within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee
• No-show: Full charge applies

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Be punctual for scheduled pickups
• Treat drivers and guides with respect
• Follow local laws and customs
• Pay agreed-upon fees on time
• Not submit false or misleading reviews

6. Liability and Disclaimer

iTravels.uz acts as a platform connecting travelers with independent service providers (drivers and guides). We are not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or injury during transportation or tours
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Personal belongings left in vehicles
• Actions or negligence of third-party service providers

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Review Policy

Reviews submitted through our platform must be honest, respectful, and based on personal experience. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines, including those that contain:

• Offensive or discriminatory language
• False or misleading information
• Spam or promotional content
• Personal attacks

8. Intellectual Property

All content on iTravels.uz, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
